Conversion and revitalisation through high-quality residential housing

The urban design characterises and shapes four residential quarters on a conversion area of 22 hectares. Five attractive neighbourhood squares characterise the Gonsbachterrassen. Their decentralised arrangement enables a clear view in the direction of Gonsbach Valley at regular intervals. The exceptionally successful quality assurance and client consultation for the high-rise buildings enabled a quarter to be created that is known and appreciated nationally. Starting from winning the competition planquadrat was able to develop the urban master plan, the zoning plan as well as the design handbook and played an active role in consulting the client and in the sale of the plots.
