Cricket Stadium Abu Dhabi

This is an urban design for the nearly 1000 m² area around the already existing cricket stadium in front of Abu Dhabi. Around a large elongated green zone with lake, several different zones join. Residential areas with low-density villas and single-family homes in medium density as well as residential blocks are being built. Furthermore, an office park and a shopping mall with hotel are planned. The cricket stadium is followed by various sports areas, such as a swimming pool, fitness areas and cricket practice fields. The various areas are combined by the generous distribution and versatile routing on the property and are interwoven by the ever-recurring green zone.

A new residential, working and recreational area is being created.
