Hafencity Ankerplatz Baakenhafen

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, WBW Hafencity Hamburg

A new urban quarter with a mixture of leisure spaces, workplaces, green open spaces and a broad mix of various residential offers is being constructed all around Hamburg's Baakenhafen. The new quarter is now being built on the basis of several competitions for the individual construction fields.  

planquadrat took part in the competition for the construction field 83b, offered by FRANK Siedlungsbaugesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and the planning association Ankerplatz. The objective of the competition is the differentiated, architectural design and qualification of the construction field taking into account the urban framework conditions and the utilisation concept.
