In the Düsseldorf district of Oberkassel a modern quarter with 40 high-quality owned apartments up to 212 m² in size including underground car park with 70 parking spaces is being built on the area of the former freight yard. A U-shaped structure expands to the park and comprises the inner courtyard. The ensemble is completed with a solitaire at the south-west corner and is characterised by succint lines that relate its tension from the contrast between straight edges and rounded forms. The facade is made of high-quality materials - full clinker strips, wood-aluminium windows and plaster frames.
